At Russell Moccasin, we stand behind our handcrafted heritage and want to ensure your footwear fits perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, standard-sized items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your moccasins are in original, unworn condition and were not custom-ordered to specific foot measurements, as custom builds are final sale.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the footwear in its original box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage to the leather during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Process

  Drop your package at the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our Wisconsin workshop, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
